Yes, we know you don’t release a Doppelbock in winter. And no, we don’t have a goat nor do we have a dog who looks like a goat or whose personality matches a goat. What we do have is a Tim! And his personality is the epitome of obstinate – stubbornly refusing to change his opinion or chosen course of action, despite attempts to persuade him to do so. So, we bring you Obstinator in honor of Tim. He wanted to brew it, he did, it was ready, he wanted to release it, so we are – end of story. Remember what I just said about Obstinate?
