Beer Description

Most of us here at WeldWerks are tech nerds in one way or another, so we figured it only made sense for us to finally pay homage to one of the building blocks that all our tech rests upon: binary code. This New England-style Double IPA made the most sense because it is quite literally made up of all zeros and ones: 1000 pounds pils malt, 110 pounds malted wheat, 100 pounds oats, 100 pounds flaked wheat, 100 pounds dextrose, 1000 grams calcium chloride, 11 pound bags of hops for each addition, etc. As for those hops, we used Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Lotus. Taste-wise? We’re talking white peach, white grape, papaya and a good amount of dank.
