Thirsty Dog and Indigo Imp worked together to brew, ferment, filter, and package this collaboration beer called Indigo Dog.
This Brazilian Style black Lager has a smooth malt chocolatey flavor with a complex background derived from custom roasting some of the malts, plus a light addition of fruitwood smoked malt. Its flavors and aromas are reminiscent of baking chocolate chip cookies in an open hearth. A truly satisfying and delicious dark beer.
