This porter is based on a Yale Terrace recipe from over 20 years ago. This version has Phoebe’s homemade salted caramel added to the boil resulting in a smooth kiss of the sweet and salty caramel flavors. The porter is an easy drinking malty beer with Brown Malt impacting the flavor profile. Lightly hopped and a 6.5% ABV
