The style has developed a following worldwide. Ours begins w/ smooth, malty creaminess & a big burst of dry-hop flavor & aroma from a variety of American hops.
OVERBOARD IPA was developed in England around 1800; the extra strength in alcohol and hops helped preserve the beer on its long export journeys to India and beyond. It finishes with a lingering yet pleasant bitterness. Is it Overboard? You decide.
