Beer Description
Pilsner, wheat, and oats combine with Amarillo, Simcoe and Ekuanot hops to make another edition of the kind of beer that put us on the map. Fermented with a decidedly Boston inspired flare, the nose is full of what we’d describe as melon, orange and citrus peel. The smooth flavor is punctuated by a touch of bitterness reminiscent of cedar and grapefruit.
