Sunrise Valley is a double IPA brewed with the folks from Garage Project, and featuring Freestyle Farmsā Rakau and Nelson Sauvin varietals. The name pays homage to the beautiful little corner of the world that these hops were born in. Pouring a noticeably hazy golden yellow straw, Sunrise Valley lifts mouthwatering, dank aromas of citrus rind and bright tropical fruit. Lively flavors of white grapefruit, lemon peel and orange pith take the lead on the palate alongside complementary notes of ripe pineapple and mango. With a modest biscuit malt backbone and a pleasant floral bitterness, Sunrise Valley has a clean and balanced finish.
