The folks from Goose Island added a Roselaire culture to a light brown ale and aged this for 9 months resulting in a very drinkable Belgian brown ale.
Though there is a distinctive earthbound tartness to this Belgian ale, the malt quality gives this beer a surprisingly warm depth.
