Beer Description
This beer has a spicy, slightly grassy flavor that kicks in mid-palate and continues on to a crisp, bitter finish.
A German-style pilsner that gets its name from the Emma Lazarus poem, “The New Colossus,” where she describes her personal interpretation of the Statue of Liberty as the “Mother of Exiles.” Being a lager-style beer, we gave it an extended cold aging period, which adds to its clean drinkability.
