Beer Description
Beautiful aromatics and flavors expressed by Centennial and Amarillo hops without the bitter bite. To provide an even smoother ride, we dosed with lactose.
Inspired by all the late hop addition beers on the market these days, we didn’t start to add hops to this beer until 5 minutes from the end of boil. Then we added hops, more hops and even more hops. What results is all the beautiful aromatics and flavors expressed by Centennial and Amarillo hops without the punchy bitter bite. To provide an even smoother ride, we dosed this beer with a healthy serving of lactose. Our simple grain bill provides a background for all the flavors to come together in this happy axe-ident.
