Beer Description
Madder Fatter Juicier is that old school, Grand St. style juice. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Weldwerks Brewing. We wanted to make a beer that would honor the classic Northern Colorado IPAs we all grew up drinking, but still taste juicy AF for all the new school hop heads from NY to NoCO. Brewed with a blend English Pale and continental Pils with heavy additions of oats and wheat plus a sprinkle of Munich malt for color and sweetness. Hopped in the kettle with Chinook, Cascade Centennial, dry hopped with Citra & Columbus, double dry hopped with Citra Lupulin dust. Aromas of dank pineapple, and dank resinous melon. Fermented with English ale yeast.
