Beer Description
The Nelson hops deliver a gargantuan burst of lychee, mango, and juicy gooseberries, while Malted Barley, Raw Spelt, and Raw Buckwheat provide a velvety-smooth mouthfeel from start to finish.
We heard Nelson hops were nearly impossible to acquire, but when designing the recipe for our 3rd Anniversary DIPA, we knew it was 100% Nelson or bust! So, we forced Brian to sell all his shares of Apple stock, Dave had to auction off his Air Jordan Flu Game 12’s, Eric gave up his Holographic Shadowless First Edition Charizard Card, and Vito, to the surprise of no one, had nothing of value to offer.
While it was heartbreaking to watch, we’re sure glad they did. The Nelson hops deliver a gargantuan burst of lychee, mango, and juicy gooseberries, while Malted Barley, Raw Spelt, and Raw Buckwheat provide a velvety-smooth mouthfeel from start to finish.
