This is the take-two from the Goose Island Session Saison series. This hazy golden hued beer is brewed with just a small amount of Lactobacillus for a smooth, light sourness. Not as tart as the “Lambicus”, but still has enough complexity to wow the most discerning palates. Bright accessible, refreshing, with edges of citrus and a clean simple finish.
