Beer Description
Meet Brandy, a Kettle Sour brewed w/ Merlot Grape Juice. This beer has been a dream of ours since we brewed our Rosè Ale, Bierre Dionysus. We used a much more complex malt bill to add smokey wood character and a sweeter complexity to it. Then we kettle soured it to get more of a wine like base. Adding the Merlot Grape Juice elevated the wine character even further. You will get sweet raspberries and strawberries on the pallet w/ a hint of smoked wood and chocolate notes. This beer will pair best with steaks and an after dinner cigar
