Beer Description
The next hop couple pairing in our ongoing series of flavor duets is Citra x Centennial. Citra hit the scene 10 years ago when Centennial was already a seasoned vet of craft beer. We love them both – and use them all the time – but we don’t have an IPA that blends them. Brewed with equal parts Pils, Wheat & Oats. Fermented with our blend of American and English ale yeast. Hopped in WP and Dry hopped with Citra and Centennial.
