Beer Description
Rum sweetness and deep earthiness in this delicate brew.
The shape shifter has undergone its third about face. Green coffee beans were allowed to age in rum barrels, given a medium roast by the folks at Krankies coffee, and then brought back to the brewhouse. We then added our blonde ale to the same rum barrels that housed the green coffee, lending rum sweetness and deep earthiness to the delicate brew. After a few months, the roasted beans were added back into the beer, transforming it one last time.
