Beer Description
Our first Belgian Golden Strong style ale clocks in at over 11% ABV, which is higher than the BJCP guidelines for this style…but we think you can handle it. “Uwanafix” Grand Cru is a complex marriage of fruity esters, spicy phenolics, and higher alcohol flavors with a soft malt backbone. It has a light to medium body, but with a distinctive drier finish. The hop character imparted by Styrian Goldings is rather low, but the floral note is still undeniable.
