The Way of All Flesh 2017 is available at the blendery as of today. Part of our fruit recycling program that gives a second useful life, albeit spectral, to the flesh of the vintage, this 2017 harvest bottling features our spontaneously fermented pale wheat ale aged on the spent fruit and bulk lees of the following beers:
-Tender Buttons (NJ raspberries)
-Other Porcelain (NJ nectarines, unreleased)
-Berliner Messe: Agnus Dei (straw-dried NJ Grüner Veltliner grapes)
Entirely spontaneously fermented and naturally refermented and conditioned in the bottle.
