A Farmhouse Ale with pear juice, honey and lemon peel. Light and refreshing, lots of pear dominates the palate, with a lemony tartness to round it out.
A Farmhouse Ale with pear juice, honey and lemon peel. About 40% of the fermentables in this beer come from pear juice, and the pears are grown and pressed fresh right down the street at Roe’s Orchard. The lemon was pared, and honey pairs nicely with pear. Light and refreshing, lots of delightful pear dominates the palate, with a lemony tartness to round it out.
