Wild beer with peaches and grapefruit.
75% puncheon-fermented Belgian Table Beer with Brett that was aged for eight months and then given an addition of fresh grapefruit zest. Malt bill was 100% Mecca Grade, then blended with a 2018 mixed culture Peche conditioned in stainless at cellar temp.
