Our Tequila Barrel Lime Gose is a twist on the German classic, brewed with malted wheat and barley before undergoing a kettling souring process for pronounced tartness. Coriander and hops balance the lime’s acidity with dry, herbal spiciness. Premium sea salt is added for a hint of brine and the addition of rose hips imparts a subtly floral, citrus character. The naturally flavored malt beverage is then aged in tequila barrels to infuse a rich, full body flavor.
