Beer Description
Hard Apple Cider
Made in house with apples grown on the family farm by owner and brew master Michael O’Herron. Empire, Fuji, and Gala apples provide the bases we blend for this rotating hard apple cider. Primarily a dry, we throw in a semi sweet from time to time to keep things interesting. This one is local as local can get and a great option if you need a change from beer.
