Beer Description
A beer celebrating friendship and the way different personalities come together to form something better. Hey Flap! is an IPA that is different than our usual, blending the different personalities of our typical New England IPAs with a more West Coast approach. We took a simple, very West Coast grain bill consisting only of 2-Row, and a small amount of white wheat and Munich, and hopped it like our New England style ales with Columbus, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Ekuanot. More bitter than our usual, but still saturated with hop flavor.
