Beer Description
Palafitos is a blend of oak-aged saisons that were aged to dryness with over 3 pounds per gallon of pineapple and guava. This tiki farmhouse beer pours a light opaque gold color with intense pineapple, light guava aroma with a little vanilla from the oak. Flavor starts with guava but is quickly overtaken by pineapple flesh, dry and tart which further punctuates the tropical fruit character of the beer.
