Brewed with cocoa nibs, vanilla, guajillo chili, and cinnamon—similar to a Mexican style hot chocolate.
Mesoamerican inspired porter named after the Oaxaca region of southern mexico known for its blend of indigenous cultures and deep culinary heritage. Brewed with cocoa nibs, vanilla, guajillo chili, and cinnamon. We were going for the flavors of mole and ended up with something very similar to a Mexican style hot chocolate.
