Beer Description
A light brown ale brewed with a very generous quantity of Cascade and Fuggles. It is unfiltered and carries very well the characteristic aroma of dry hopping with Centennial and yes, more Cascade. It is mildly bitter to the taste in order to emphasize a pleasant but subtle malty dimension teamed up with some fruity esters and caramel flavors. It is an Extra Special Bitter thus session-able , meaning highly drinkable.
