Beer Description
We brewed Delasser, a low gravity Belgian Pale Ale to grow our new Belgian Schelde yeast culture. We will be using the yeast from Delasser to brew higher alcohol Belgian beers. The first of which will be a Belgian Dubbel, my assistant Bill’s first commercial release! Delasser is refreshing to drink and will quench your thirst as the warmth of spring arrives. It’s the perfect companion for relaxing outside on a sunny day. The spice and fruit flavors characteristic of the Belgian Yeast Strain bring complexity to this beer while the low gravity and gentle malt sweetness make it easy to drink
