Confluence Tripel IPA

We’ve always admired the innovation of the traditionally untraditional methods of Belgian brewers. This admiration led us to try our hand at innovating on our own Belgian-style Tripel. With a sweet, full-bodied foundation dominated by notes of banana and peach, our Tripel elicits memories of our favorite double IPAs. What began as a style of necessity, the IPAs of old have become a playground of experimentation for fruit-forward designer hops. The similarities were too great to ignore, so we decided to apply the spirit of the American IPA to the traditional Belgian Tripel. Nelson Sauvin and El Dorado hops bring notes of pineapple, stone fruit, and white grapes to that full-bodied Belgian foundation, resulting in a style we think should become a staple.
