Equilibrium Imperium

Latin for Control, we used a very simple grain bill and utilized one of our favorite hop bills in symmetrical fashion. Here is the difference, one beer was made using our state of the art hop science procedure while the opposite utilized a different hop vendor and an experimental twist we used in dHop 16. (We like dHop 16 a lot). This gives you an accurate side by side comparison of some of our latest processes we use at the brewery. As we are treating these beers like an experiment (science rules!), we would love to hear your take on both.
