Beer Description
Our Saison is brewed with pale malt, rye, and oats along with a blend of hops that provide earthy and citrus flavors. The dominant flavor by far comes from our favorite Saison yeast which produces crazy amounts of fruity esters like pineapple along with subtle and interesting spicy phenolic flavors.
