For this hop saturated Grisette, the malt bill consists of a heavy dose of white wheat. A 50/50 blend of our house IPA yeast strain and Grisette yeast strain was used for fermentation. We then double dry-hopped it with Amarillo and Mosaic hops. The resulting beer will pour a hazy golden color topped by a pillowy white head. Aromas of tangerine and lemongrass dominate the nose. The flavor profile is quite soft with dominant notes of peach flesh and citrus fruit followed by a hint of green banana in the finish.
