Beer Description
Foray is a dry cider in the apple wine sub-style. In addition to its complex apple flavor and aroma, there are influences from the New England cider style. Some of these include a bit of brown sugar, and a touch of wood from maple and a slightly higher alcohol content. Though dry, the apple fruit prevents a harsh experience. Medium in body with a medium-gold hue, enjoy this foray into a little known cider style.
