Beer Description
Cold Hope Provisional Lager, named for a track on Pelican’s new record “Nighttime Stories” is an amber-colored Biere de Garde. Kick things off with aromas of ripe plums and dark raisins. Late addition Strisselspalt hops lend a subtle spicy herbal flavor. The quiet heat of the ABV (7.2%) is balanced by a sweeter malt impression on the palate that finishes surprisingly dry.
