Beer Description
Sometimes serendipity plays a bigger role in brewing that you might think – and the 1805 Ale is one of those times. We were originally aiming to refine our Great Granville Riot IPA and wound up with this classic IPA. Not as hoppy in the nose or the finish as modern IPA’s, 1805 Ale pairs a unique set of stonefruit and raisin esters with a clean, dry finish.
