Beer Description
Golden Sour Ale fermented in steel and then aged in Chardonnay barrels for more than 1 year before resting upon macerated and spontaneously fermented Pinot Gris from Willamette Valley for 1 month. The resulting beer was finally blended with spontaneously fermented Viognier from Applegate. Bottled Conditioned for a minimum of 6 months. A collaboration of efforts between we brewers and the winemakers at Minimus Wines.
