Beer Description
Clean, zippy West Coast w/ notes of floral Citra, dank Mosaic & a fruity piney finish
This west coast IPA is dry, clean, has a zippy bitterness, and smells like a forest in the pacific north-west. The Citra we are using lately is wonderfully floral. Mosaic brings a bit of dank to the party. However, the stand out hop in this beer is Crystal. I am amazed how it out shines the big named hops, and gives this beer itβs characteristic woody, piney-ness with just enough subtle fruit character to balance it all out. Mosaic is great, but Crystal might just be the best hop.
