Collab with the excellent Seventh Son Brewing from Columbus, OH. Blind Date features an oat-forward malt bill and both Neo-Mexicanus + NZ hops. Neo-Mexicanus hops provide unique oak + coconut character, punchy NZ Rakau adds pineapple and pine, and the Norwegian Kveik yeast adds citrus esters. A complex IPA with a silky mouthfeel.
