Brett IPA w/ passion fruit. The resulting beer has slight tartness and is bursting with tropical fruit with a bitter back end.
Brett IPA w/ passion fruit. We took a West Coast IPA base beer that had been dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Nelson and added our mixed culture to it along with a small amount of passion fruit puree. The resulting beer has slight tartness and is bursting with tropical fruit with a bitter back end.
