Beer Description
Our first Double IPA brewed on our new 10-barrel brewhouse with heavy additions of wheat and oats. We added Amarillo and Cashmere in the whirlpool, and dry hopped with more Amarillo and Simcoe. We then double dry hopped this beer with the most Simcoe and Mosaic cryo hops we’ve used to date.
