Brewed w/ a New Zealand hop Pacific Jade & fresh apricots. Flavors of blood orange, stone fruits & the classic Belgian esters. All ingredients are local to CA
Extol 5.5% ABV. This new Witbier was brewed using a New Zealand hop Pacific Jade and fresh apricots from @brfarmsllc in Hollister Ca. Admiral Maltings out of Alameda supplied the delicious grain. All of the ingredients in this beer are local to California. Flavors of blood orange, stone fruits and of course the classic Belgian esters we love from a classic Wit.
