Beer Description
Traditionally sour beers are sour due to bacteria; usually lactic acid bacteria (LAB). Our sour beer is made without the addition of any bacteria using lactic acid yeast (LAY). This class of yeast started being used in beer less than 5 years ago. This beer will be sLAYing different fruits with each iteration. This time it’s blackberries.
