Beer Description
The Flanders Red style originated in West Flanders, Belgium. This red hued ale gains its sour complexity from a mixed culture of souring yeast and bacteria. An up front sour which rolls into flavors of stone fruit, biscuits, chocolate and a slight tannin and wine flavor from aging in red wine barrels for 8 months.
