Wood-aged red ale with notes of cherry, Tootsie Roll, and vine.
Betelgeuse Red is a Wood-Aged Red Ale drawn from a few special barrels in our library that were hand-picked by Adam Theis, Wooden Soul’s head brewer. It boasts a great and complex depth of character, with notes of cherry, citrus, rich funk, fruit, and wine. Pouring crimson with flashes of copper and orange and a slight haze, it feels balanced on the palate with pleasant acidity.
