In this case we decided to make our lemonade with some limes and just a kiss of sea salt to complement and enhance the mild dose of chile flavor our mistake imparted. We expected to mark the entire batch as a loss, but after trying this “fool’s errand” our reactions were unanimous: this beer was too good to dump. A fool and his gold may soon be parted, but you’d be foolish not to give this refreshing summer slammer a try. We hope you enjoy our mistake as much as we do!
