Conditioned on lots of organic Belizean Cocoa Nibs and a touch of Vanilla. Graham cracker and marshmallow notes.
We completely reformulated this stout to give proper remembrance and respect to one of our favorite childhood movies. After fermentation this stout was conditioned on lots of organic Belizean Cocoa Nibs and a touch of Vanilla. This year’s edition gets the graham cracker and marshmallow notes from natural flavoring… which means that not only is this beer now vegan-friendly, it is also much less likely to develop the issues that haunted us with last year’s batch.
