Beer Description
Our West Coast Style IPA is both light and refreshing and big on flavor and aroma coming in at 6.5% ABV. A very drinkable beer brewed to the West Coast Style of India Pale Ales.
Our West Coast Style IPA is both light and refreshing and big on flavor and aroma. Coming in at 6.5%, we rounded the body with Caramelized malts to balance out the bitterness from our kettle hops. Once fermentation is complete we blast it with a generous amount of Simcoe hops (in the dry hop) to give it a combination of citrus and pine aroma and flavor. A very drinkable beer brewed to the West Coast Style of India Pale Ales.
