Beer Description
This farmhouse ale was blended from two beers brewed with Pilsner malt, raw wheat, malted rye, and aged hops. After barrel aging in French Oak Puncheons for over a year we conditioned on spent red currants to contribute a nuanced and delicate berry flavor with notes of strawberry, cranberry, and grape skins.
