Beer Description
A collaboration for education. Brewed from rye grown and malted in NC and local wildflower honey, Bee Student was brewed with the assistance and input of student in Appalachian State University’s Department of Fermentation Sciences as a practical lesson in professional brewing. We named it Bee Student, but this is an “A” beer.
