Generously fruited with peaches Bold flavors of peach cobbler and peach preserves unfold with juicy apricot, ripe nectarine, and bright lemon zest.
The Seesaw Series is our gose playground. Designed to capture delight and fun in the form of an easy-drinking and flavorful beer. Each Seesaw has a unique fruit addition to pair with balanced tartness, a touch of salinity, and ABV on the lower side. The nostalgic thrill of warm-weather fun, reimagined in one of our favorite styles. The number of Seesaws dictates once, twice, or three times the fruit added.
This Double Seesaw variant is generously fruited with peaches and pours an attractive, hazy golden yellow color with a fluffy white head. Giving the glass a swirl, the nose is welcomed by the unmistakable aromas of a summer fruit stand as exquisite tones of stone fruits engage the senses and entice the palate. Bold flavors of peach cobbler and peach preserves unfold in deep waves, melding with luscious notes of juicy apricot, ripe nectarine and bright lemon zest. Medium-bodied with mild carbonation, Double Seesaw: Peach is faintly tart with a low level of acidity and balancing brackish salinity that makes for a refreshing, mouthwatering finish.
