Strawberry Rhubarb Berliner Weisse. Pale golden in appearance, refreshingly tart with a citrus fruit sharpness.
Our Strawberry Rhubarb Berliner Weisse is made starting with a low gravity wheat and pilsner malt base, and a mix of lactobacillus culture. Fermented with an American Wheat Ale yeast strain, we ended up with a thirst-quenching Berlliner Weisse. Pale golden in appearance, refreshingly tart with a citrus fruit sharpness.
